Returns:

We do not accept returns for clearance items, digital downloads, and/or opened wristpacks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn and unwashed without body odor, fragrance, hair, lint, etc.. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Return items in original packaging with your order number. If you order a hat, return it in it's original box to keep from damaging the item. We do not cover shipping costs for returns at this time. However, we cover shipping costs on eligible exchanges.If you return an item, shipping cost is NOT refunded.

To start a return follow these instructions.

To submit a return request click the profile icon on the store's homepage that says "Sign In" or Click here to start a return

1. Log in to your account: In the Email field, enter your email address that you placed your order with, and then click Continue.
2. Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to our online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. (If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.)
5. Select a return reason and add a note for us including any details we need to know about the return.
6. Click Request return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. As long as it's unworn and free of odor there should not be an issue. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. It usually takes 7-10 business days to return to your card.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned. Follow the steps for our return policy above or contact us at support@gfmapparel.com.

Refund Policy (if applicable):
We will accept back an item that is within 7 days of purchase and has not been worn and is free of odor, hair, lint, etc. The item must be in new condition. Wristpacks are ineligible for return. If you have an issue with the sizing of your wristpack, please reply to your order email.

Defects or incorrect items received
Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items immediately*
We may request photo evidence for our records, and provide a return label (domestic only) if an exchange needs to be made. We must be notified of any defects within 7 days of delivery.
